Description
Ammonites on matrix - Endosiphonites Muensteri, Epiwocklumeria Applanata - 4.3×16×12.5 cm
DEVONIAN-Upper Devonian (358.9–382.7 million years) - Morocco

An amazing slab of ammonites, a group of fossils imprisoned in the mud for millions of years and returned to us today in an extremely dynamic scene: reliefs that enhance some fossils and hollows that put others more in the background, not to mention the countless other fossils hidden in the matrix of which we can see only some vague outline, both at the top and the bottom.
Very interesting to note two types of ammonites on the slab, the Endosiphonites Muensteri with a more classic striped spiral shell and the Epiwocklumeria Applanata, with the typical cross sign and a swollen shape, and also a beautiful Belemnite,
