The coin's reverse reproduces the beautifully coloured face of the Mona Lisa from the famous painting by Leonardo da Vinci, the Mona Lisa, with over 10,000 high-relief tiles, to reproduce and emphasise the extraordinary beauty of this miniature piece of mosaic art. On the top right of the reverse, the year of issue is written in Roman numerals: "MMXVIII" - 2018.
