This is a very large incisor from Tibet.
This tooth is at least 70 years old - perhaps even older given the colour of the tooth. Unknown when the decoration was added. The weight of 80 grams includes the decoration (silver-plated).
Tooth has a length of about 12cm and the thickness approximately 3cm (thickest point). Circumference approximately 9cm.
Concerns a tooth of a species that is not endangered or in need of a Cites declaration. Can be freely traded without a Certificate.
The wooden stand on which the tooth is presented is not included.
