Obv.: IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III to right /
Rev.: P M TR P IIII COS II P P, emperor in military dress, standing right, holding transverse spear and globe.

2. - Antoninianus AR (3.80 g, 24 mm) - Rome mint.
IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right /
MARS PROPVG, Mars hastening right, holding shield and spear.
