Württemberg 1873 - rare a-colour, new photo expert finding - Michel 42 a

Visually very good piece of this very rare stamp in the better a-colour, cancelled with a better Royal Württemberg Post Office Stuttgart horseshoe postmark (+ up to €150 according to Heinrich).

Clean and tidy condition, but corrections were made to existing errors. In some cases, slightly backed and a piece of the heraldic scroll was added under the coat of arms. Below the middle of the stamp, the paper is light to thin and there is a small tear there (see expert findings from Mr. Irtenkauf). Please also see the pictures of the stamp and the pictures and description of the expert findings.

Inspected by Mr Irtenkauf. He has issued a photo expertise outlining the quality of the stamp in regards to authenticity and condition.

Value according to Michel special 2020 = €7,000 + up to €150 for the Stuttgart horseshoe stamp.

Shipping costs only have to be paid once, even if you purchase several of my lots.
