Beautiful throwing knife of the NGBAKA tribe. This type of weapon is one of the four main styles of throwing knives that were used by the Ngbaka, Mabo, Wada and Manza. The Ngbaka blacksmiths were masters of combining welding and cutting techniques, as shown by the expert craftsmanship of this item.

Provenance: former private collection from Belgium.
