Certificate by H. Vleeming: 'Stamp with syncopated perforation genuine, original postmark / cancellation stamp mark, belong on this envelope. Very fine condition stamp on a very fine condition envelope (slight archive fold and top part on the right side opened), name of the addressee has been cut out and replaced by a strip of paper. A very rare stamp on a letter, approx. 8 envelopes known, nearly all sent by the Kas-Vereeniging', dated 19-02-2021.
