Splendid and very rare Giunti edition with the text of the Epistles in Latin (ad Romanos, ad Corinthios, ad Galathas, ad Ephelios, ad Philippenses, ad Colossenses, ad Thessalonicenses, ad Thimotheum,
ad Titum, ad Philemonem, ad Hebreos).

Elegant typographic layout, with text printed in Gothic letters in a 65-line double column.
Each column of the text is framed in a handwritten gilded frame.
Numerous engraved drop caps, with some of them with 14 lines.
On the registrum there is the classic Giunti brand, depicting a framed tower with initials Z. Z.

Precious and robust binding, absolutely coeval, sow leather on wooden strips, with embossed decorations.
Spine with 6 raised bands with framed label and author in gold.

Interior (complete) with fresh, crisp, clean and intact sheets.
Precious coeval manuscript of a previous owner on the top edge of the title page (1515). On the front counter-plate, an antique and prestigious bookplate of a British noble house.
Original endpapers included.
Minium sprayed edges.
In very good overall condition.
