Nice replica of The Dancing Satyr of Mazara del Vallo, made in Sicily in the early 2000s.The discovery of the Dancing Satyr dates back to 1998 when, during a fishing trip, the Capitan Ciccio fishing boat, commanded by Captain Francesco Adregna, found it off the Strait of Sicily (it was on the sandy sea floor at a depth of 500 metres).The original Dancing Satyr is an over-lifesize Greek bronze statue, made in the Classic/Hellenistic period.
