Lot with four Dutch charters.

(1) Amsterdam charter from 1662 concerning 'naegelaeten boedel' of Alida van Waveren. Prepared by Johan d'Noy, Cornelis Rochen and Aldert Cornelisz for Nicolaes de Gijselaer. 36 x 20.5 cm, in well readable handwriting on vellum and with the remnants of the seals.

(2) Nieuw-Amstelse charter from 1711. Sales agreement between Jan Japin and Pieter Lesjolle, prepared by Jan Stoffelsz van der Hoeff and Jan Cornelissen van Royen. 34 x 16 cm, in well readable handwriting on vellum and with two intact seals.

(3) Nieuw-Amstelse charter from 1752. Recognition of Elisabeth Tulp as rightful heir of 'den wel edele gestrengen heere A. Jan van den Bempden’. 24.5 x 27.5 cm, in well readable handwriting on vellum and with a broken off seal.

(4) Amsterdam charter from 1805. Recognition of Cebus van Berchuys as rightful heir of Anna Woudman. 41.5 x 30.5 cm in well readable handwriting on vellum. Minor foxing on the folds. Small water stain at the bottom left.
