This style is characterized by simplicity of design, usability and honesty. Instead of using decorations such as inlays, carvings, or veneer, they made their furniture from solid wood whether or not painted. The handles are also made of wood. Many Shaker furniture is located in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and in numerous museums in the United States and Great Britain. This cabinet was manufactured by the well-known French furniture factory GRANGE in 1995. (The door is lockable; the lock sometimes falters and needs to be checked)
