The text of the 2 volumes is decorated with dozens and dozens of small vignettes depicting biblical scenes engraved by Andrea Zucchi (AZ). Andrea Zucchi, born in 1678 in Venice and died in 1740, was an Italian painter, theatre painter and engraver.
Both books are in very good condition, apart from a few rubbing marks the bindings are flawless; Inside, the pages are in excellent condition; very rare work in such condition; see photos.
