Claude Goument (1952-) is a listed artist.

Claude Goument was a student of Pierre Lambert and then attended the School of Fine Arts in Le Havre (1982-1987). He owns a painting gallery where he practises his passion and teaches.
The city of Le Havre: ‘Claude Goument has been a painter for 33 years. Claude Goument paints as he breathes: ‘This is the only means of expression where I feel free.’ Thus, Claude Goument paints, wins awards from the City of Montivilliers, paints to immortalise the International Women's Tennis Open 2007. Claude Goument also exhibits every year, for European Heritage Day, in the Abbey of Montivilliers (see picture).
