A beautiful old lithograph from the world famous series of 41 horse breeds of Quabekker from 1898. The lithographs were then published after paintings by Otto Eerelman. This is a reprint from 1976 in a limited edition of 400 copies. Often, these beautiful lithographs were framed and hung. This one is a great example of that. It depicts 2 pony and the English and French pony. The lithograph is printed on thick paper and in very good condition. It is very beautiful in colour and framed in beautiful wooden frame. The work is beautifully signed in the print.

Info Otto Eerelman:
Otto Eerelman (Groningen, 23rd March 1839 – Groningen, 3rd October 1926) was a painter, etcher and lithographer, who was especially renowned for his realistic sketches and paintings of dogs and horses. He also created various portraits of Princess Wilhelmina in her early years and later as the Queen as court painter.
