This is the design by the firm Krauss-Maffei for the Series BR 10 of the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB).
The express train steam locomotive 37082 was exclusively produced for Insider Club members who had been a member for a minimum of 10 years.
With digital decoder and sound features. Controlled high efficiency propulsion located in the boiler. Powered on 3 axles. With traction tyres. 3-point front-signal lights that alternate with changes in direction of travel, and with smoke generator that can be fitted, operate in conventional mode and with digital control. Drive-train lighting controlled separately with digital control. Has been prepared for the fitting of a smoke generator no. 72270. Locomotive and tender are constructed mostly out of metal. Adjustable close coupling between the locomotive and tender.
