Here is a good copy of Maeterlinck's, 'La Vie Des Abeilles.', 'Numbered 723. Beautifully bound in an art deco Jotau binding of pollopas resin, silver metal inlay to the upper board, piano hinges, signed ‘Reliure Jotau, Brevete SGDG’ to rear and with metallic patterned paper endleaves.

The spine to the binding is damaged, see images, though would be worth the small repair needed. A few scuffs and wear to edges, but a very good example overall. Contents: hinges weak, with a few chords visible. One or two grubby marks and a little toning - otherwise, a very good copy. Page edges rough. Please see images for further description.
