Gérard-Séguin, J.J. Grandville, Lami (Eug.), Pauquet, Renard, Roussel, Valentin, Vernet (Hor.),
etc., etc.

The books offers excellent documentation on Paris and the daily life of
Parisians in 1852, the year of the restoration of Empire and when Louis-Napoleon Bonaparte, president of the French Republic, became the sovereign Napoleon III, Emperor of the French.

Copy in very good condition. The leather has some marks, headcap and raised bands very lightly rubbed. Interior:
Impeccable. Rare with preserved illustrated covers.
