Very nice Roman bronze (tin-plated) spoon. Characteristic tear-shaped scoop.

Material: bronze.
Dating: 1st/2nd century AD.
Origin: European.
Dimensions: length 136 mm
Condition: good, with the usual signs of wear.

The seller warrants that he has obtained this item legally.
Coming from a Dutch collection, purchased ca. 2015
Previous origin: private collection collected since 1975
