One dates from 1741 and was made by Ary den Hengst in Rotterdam and the other dates from 1784 and was made by Frans Moret in Amsterdam. Lots of wood worm holes. They were treated against wood worm. So has no active wood worm anymore. Both planers are in nice intact mouth curl decorations. The sole of the Amsterdam planers is adjusted so it can also be used on arches, perhaps to benefit cooperage.
