A good example of a British first half 20th century Martindale Machete. Of very large size and with a multi-geritste sheet for tree juices of the knife to clean off. Stamped with the crocodile (old logo). Grip made of lightwood and held together with steel rivets.

Machete in good condition but used (rust/corrosion). No sheath-this type of machete was usually be made and used without a sheath.
Was also used in the English army. The length is 57 cm.
