How The Auction Works

As the world’s fastest growing online auction site, Catawiki’s team of specialist auctioneers auction off 30,000 extraordinary lots each and every week. Over one hundred days everyone will have the opportunity to bid online for one hundred pairs of celebrity jeans painted by Johny Dar, with all proceeds going to the International Rescue Committee.

Jeans For Refugees Around The World

Jeans for Refugees launched at Berlin Fashion Week in July where the first 30 pairs of celebrity jeans hit the catwalk. Over the coming months, the Jeans for Refugees initiative will continue to spread worldwide, eventually culminating in a week long exhibition at The Saatchi Gallery, London in October where the auction powered by Catawiki will come to a close.
