1967 Fiorano Boncompagni Ludovisi - Latium - 2 Flessen (0.75 liter)

Omschrijving
1967 Fiorano Boncompagni Ludovisi - Latium - 2 Flessen (0.75 liter)
Rode wijn - Italië

Fiorano Rosso is, in all likelihood, the first Bordeaux blend in Italy to be sold to the public with its own label and which still continues to be produced: its "parent" was Prince Alberico Boncompagni Ludovisi, the "continuity ", with the same label, blend, philosophy and processing in the vineyard and in the cellar, is the work of his nephew Alessandrojacopo Boncompagni Ludovisi.
Two unobtainable bottles of Fiorano 1967 from the legendary Boncompagni Ludovisi winery, near Rome.
At the beginning this wine was produced only for the personal consumption of the family of the Prince of Venosa but thanks to the intervention of the famous critic Veronelli it became available on the market in the mid-60s.
It should be the first wine produced with organic farming in Italy.
Very small production, the 1967 vintages were available in only 1308 bottles!
Truly a masterpiece of Italian viticulture that cannot be missing in the cellar of every collector and wine lover.
