The Writers Edition "William Faulkner" is dedicated to the master of literature modernism. The shape and surface of this exclusive writing article evoke the writer's first creative period and the Art Deco style. The black-brown precious resin, shiny as mother-of-pearl, combines the brilliance of the platinum finish with the delicate structure of the ring, in the same way that points of view are combined in Faulkner's works.

The signature of the author enhances the precious resin cap. The exclusive nib, made by hand, represents another of the great passions of the author: the air acrobatics. Faulkner's biplane glides through layers of clouds over the 18-carat gold nib in platinum plating.

William Faulkner was one of the most important American writers of the 20th century. In his more than 50 books – novels, short stories and anthologies – he described incessantly the beauty and the tragedy of his homeland; near the Mississippi. Faulkner was guided by the literary impulse to "compress the whole history of humanity into one sentence". Today, it continues to lead its readers into a maelstrom of dramatic destinies, deteriorated values, violence and death, guilt and punishment.

The two-time Pulitzer Prize winner and winner of the1949 Nobel Prize in Literature, became famous thanks to his avant-garde experiences with new style figures, his intertwined plots and his way of recounting from different points of view.
