In this print, Fujiwara no Hidesato on the shore of Lake Biwa with a bow, watches the Dragon Princess rising from the water. She beseeches him to kill a monstrous centipede wrecking havoc in the underwater kingdom. The Dragon Palace is saved and for his bravery, Hidesato is rewarded greatly with magical gifts bestowed by the Dragon Princess. One of these gifts is a bag of never-ending rice, earning him the nickname Tawara Toda (My Lord Bag of Rice).
