Judgement: Urteil zu den Freiherren von Eyb Gut Rammersdorf betreffend:

Im Namen Seiner Majestät des Königs von Bayern (II. Civilkammer des k. Oberlandesgerichtes Nürnberg, gebildet durch v. Praun, Fuchsberger, Schärdinger und (Carl) Engerer, von all diesen unterzeichnet): Otto Freiherr von Eyb, Rittmeister a.d. (bzw. Oberleutnant) in Neuendettelsau und Alexander Freiherr von Eyb, Forstamstverwalter in Konradshofen, vertreten durch Rechtsanwalt Josephthal gegen Julius Freiher von Eyb, kgl. Major in München, vertreten durch Rechtsanwalt Sörgel.

German manuscript (Kurrentschrift). 3 handwritten reasons for judgement in the case Eybl v. Eybl. 1904-1906, 36 pages, 36 pages, 6 pages plus 22 DIN A 4 sheets with handwritten notes on the case of Carl Engerer. In addition, an empty envelope sealed in red, handwritten and addressed to Karl (!) Engerer at the Higher Regional Court in Nuremberg.

Interesting verdict on the von Eyb properties Gut Rammersdorf (municipality of Leutershausen, district of Ansbach) which has been inhabited and farmed by the Barons von Eyb since 1571.

In the principality of Brandenburg-Ansbach, the dynasty was awarded the dignity of hereditary chamberlain, and in the diocese of Eichstätt the dignity of hereditary donor. Heinrich Ludwig von Eyb received the imperial baronetcy from Emperor Leopold I on 23 August 1694. In the Kingdom of Bavaria, all still flourishing lines and their descendants were entered in the nobility register at the baronial class in 1813. Through their possession of the lordship of Dörzbach (today a municipality in the Hohenlohe district), the lords of Eyb also belonged to the knightly nobility of the Kingdom of Württemberg. Reisensburg Castle was owned by the family from 1763 to 1851. Eyb is the name of a Franconian noble family. Today, four castles are still owned by the Barons of Eyb: Neuendettelsau Castle (since 1518, in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia), Rammersdorf Castle (municipality of Leutershausen, district of Ansbach; since 1571), Dörzbach Castle (Hohenlohekreis, Baden-Württemberg; since 1601) and Ebermannsdorf Castle (in the Upper Palatinate, district of Amberg-Sulzbach, since 1972).
