De eerste publicatie verscheen in het weekblad Kuifje / Le journal de Tintin in 1949/1950. Eerste albumpublicatie was in 1952 onder Standaard Uitgeverij.
Opgekleefde Franse tekst. Kreukje in hoekje pagina onderaan rechts.
