Outstanding handpainted 2-cel setup Production Cel which was created by Disney artists and was actually photographed during the making of Walt Disney Pictures animated feature The little Mermaid (1989). Ariel is on one cel and on the second cel is the image of Flounder. The two cels are on a printed background for presentation purposes. This was the last animated feature Disney film to use handpainted production cels. A Disney seal is on the cel and Disney COAis on back of frame. Framed with glass.
