About a decade after the calibre 13ZN in the year 1947, Longines manufactured what many call one of the most beautiful and best wristwatch and chronograph movements of all time, the calibre 30CH. Remarkable enough, it would prove to be the last inhouse movement of its kind made by Longines, and even though they produced outstanding chronographs for several more decades, they were all based on the development of the calibre 30CH.
