The proven maturation process of 90% bourbon and 10% oloroso sherry casks remains, but the use of more intense sherry casks imparts a deeper color and even more pronounced fruit notes to this whisky. With a peat level of 50 ppm and an alcohol content of 46.0% ABV, it offers a harmonious interplay of smoke, sweetness, and spice.
