Grote WW2-medalengroep van de 1e Pantserdivisie 'Old Ironsides' met naamgravure, afkomstig uit de Verenigde Staten.

Offered for auction is a nice original and large medal grouping to Raymond (L) Lasonde, who was born in Massachussets and served in WW2 in the European theathre of War with the 1st Armored Division ''Old Ironsides'', earning numerous medals, including the rare Leominster Massachussets Victory Service medal, European and Med Campaign medal with 1 campaign star, Good Conduct medal (name engraved to him), Germany Occupation medal with bar, American Campaign Medal, WW2 Victory Medal.
He was born in 1919, enlisted in 1942 (see attached screenshots) and participated in the Italian and European campaigns and his service ended in 1945 when he left the Army. 'A very nice set altogether which i have not researched in more detail due to lack of time. I dont know when or where he earned his medals in detail; this could be researched. ,im sure more can be found if one has the time do look for it.
