The Greppo oil is obtained from olives harvested by hand in the olive groves of our property, produced by traditional methods from the varieties Correggiolo, Leccino, Moraiolo and Olivastra of Montalcino. The milling of the olives is made through millstone and cold pressing.
In order not to alter its organoleptic characteristics, it has not been filtered and therefore it looks slightly cloudy.

The extra virgin oil is made from olives of the BIANCOLILLA variety harvested before full ripening, processed in a three-phase mill. The Biancolila cultivar gives rise to a very fine and delicate extra virgin olive oil, with hints of tomato leaf.
A 500-ml bottle of organic extra virgin olive oil MARCHESI ANTINORI ‘TENUTA PEPPOLI’ - Tuscany
This oil, coming from Tenuta Pèppoli, is produced with olives of Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino varieties from organic farming, harvested by hand and crushed after a few hours from harvest, with the typical millstone. It has an extraordinary organoleptic personality, an excellent structure and balance, with a typical and pronounced final spicy note.
