Dear buyer, I except that you may have perceived the carpet different but it is exactly as offered. It has been professionally cleaned, has a distressed spot and residing stains which have all been photographed with close ups and mentioned in the description, more over I always shoot over 30 pictures from different angels so that buyers may fully consider the rug. It is my policy to not sell any dirty rugs and even after-treat them with anti-allergy solution. I understand that you expected something differently but I have in no way provided you a dirty rug nor have I been dishonest. Should you wish to cancel your purchase I would surely oblige you.
