Lot consisting of two 500-ml bottles and a 250-ml Olivetta ceramic orcio jar, containing extra virgin olive oil produced by Azienda Agricola ‘Murgia Dei’, in Puglia - Italy.
The extra virgin olive oil Murgia Dei comes from the only cultivar Coratina and comes exclusively from the olive groves of the northern Murgia Barese. Through a delicate cold milling process, in which the processing of the olive paste does not exceed 27°C, all chemical and sensory characteristics remain intact. The resulting product is characterised by an intense, almond fruity aroma, with a bitter and spicy aftertaste, and a yellow-green colour.
Monocultivar ‘Coratina’: the oil coming from the milling of this olive variety has a low level of acidity (no more than 0.8%), a high vitamin content (especially vitamin A and E) and is rich in polyphenols and linoleic acid.
The ceramic olivetta is packaged in its own cardboard box created to become a lamp holder that reproduces the design of the typical luminaries of the area used to decorate the country during celebrations.
