Arséne Kennes (Herzele 1890 – Ghent 1940) was a Belgian painter and draughtsman. Educated at the Academie in Antwerp. Worked for a while in Frans Courtens' studio at the higher institute in Antwerp. Stayed in the Netherlands during the First World War and was co-founder of the art circle "Hollando - Belge". From 1921, he was more political in the Province of Antwerp. He also gained fame as a painter and draftsman of portraits, figures, landscapes, but mainly still lifes and flowers. His work can be found in the museums of Antwerp. He is listed in the Belgian art books.
