The translucency of the fluorite allows the light to penetrate and reveal a fiery depth, almost as if the specimen were lit from within. The transition between purple and amber hues is gradual in some areas and sharply contrasted in others, producing a dynamic interplay of colors that is characteristic of fluorite from this locality.
