The Kilchoman Machir Bay Evolution 1.0 “Darker Batch” is an evolution of the renowned Machir Bay Single Malt, distinguished by the use of more active sherry casks. The proven maturation process of 90% bourbon and 10% oloroso sherry casks remains, but the use of more intense sherry casks imparts a deeper color and even more pronounced fruit notes to this whisky. With a peat level of 50 ppm and an alcohol content of 46.0% ABV, it offers a harmonious interplay of smoke, sweetness, and spice.
