Lombard school of the 17th century. Second station of the way of the cross. Oil on canvas by anonymous author. Painting is good condition, with a colourful execution and popular stroke. It represents the tragic scene of Christ carrying the cross during the Way of the Cross. Beautiful craquelure, no lacks of pigment. The piece has been relined and comes in a frame from a later period. 82 x 62 cm 95 x 75 cm with the frame. It comes from a private Catalan collection.
