Lot consisting of six 100-ml bottles of various types of vinegar, produced by Acetaia Giusti, Emilia Romagna - Italy
(1) Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Tre Medaglie d'Oro Biologico.
The ancient recipe of Giusti Tre Medaglie d'Oro is made exclusively with must of ripe and dried grapes and wine vinegar, from organic farming. A very dense balsamic vinegar, characterized by good acidity, pleasant aromas of red fruit and important spicy and sweet notes. Perfect tasted raw on salads and herbs, meats, and added in sauces and dips. Also excellent on fruit and desserts.
(2) Agrodolce Bianco (white sweet and sour)
The Agrodolce Bianco Giusti comes from the soft pressing of Trebbiano grapes, which results in a particularly sweet juice. This is then blended with high-quality white wine vinegars, and aged in French oak and ash barrels. This procedure leaves the most fruity and floral aromas of the grape intact, creating a very sweet condiment, thanks to the contrast between the low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus fruits. Fresh and balanced, it is extremely versatile and easy to use.
(3) Seasoning based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Fig.
Characterized by softness and sweetness, it is the result of maceration of a fig puree that happens directly in Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, then decanted and aged in barrels for a few months. Ideal for fresh cheeses, ham and cooked shoulder ham, sliced steak and red wine braised beef.
(4) Seasoning based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Truffle.
The dehydrated black truffle is added directly in the barrels, where Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and truffle ripen until they reach the complete balance between the two flavours. Excellent for Fassona beef tartare, omelette, fresh pasta, risotto, ideal for all dishes that pair well with truffle.
(5) Balsamic Vinegar of Modena BIOLOGICO
Made using only wine musts and vinegars from organic, careful and sustainable agriculture. The result is a fragrant and spicy balsamic vinegar, characterized by a good balsamic acidity, balanced by the sweetness of the cooked musts.
(6) Seasoning based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Raspberry.
The natural roundness of the Giusti Tre Medaglie d'Oro is enhanced and sweetened by raspberry juice, which macerates in oak barrels gradually joining the flavours of the balsamic vinegar, to a complete ripening. Try on lamb meat, beef or piglet fillet; suitable for cheese, ice cream and cream.
