A famous record, as it is one of the four part Läther-project. Warner did not want to release a four-disk album and put them out separately, without Zappa’s consent. There was no promotion, most fans did not even know they were out. There are very little of them, which makes them ultra rare. Here you have one, in mint condition. Second in special rerelease series. A Record Store Day edition: green marbled vinyl. ‘I'm The Slime’ is a completely different mix compared to the album version; the vocals and guitar are centered and there's more trombone, just before "That's right, folks...", and it has a completely different guitar solo at the end. ‘Montana’ is the album mix, but in that 1973 issue shortened from 6:37 to 4:39 by cutting out the solo and fading the ending slightly earlier; so this single edit is longer.
