卖家的描述
Item Description
This magnificent large vase is a masterwork by Okura Art China (大倉陶園), Japan's most prestigious porcelain manufacturer, founded in 1919. The vase features a classic baluster form with a gracefully flared neck, finished in a rich, deep cobalt blue glaze — a signature color synonymous with Okura's finest traditions.
The surface is adorned with an exquisite grapevine motif executed in a dual-tone technique combining lustrous gold and platinum (silver) over the cobalt ground. Grape leaves are rendered alternately in burnished textured gold and soft matte platinum, while clusters of ripe grapes hang in platinum with delicate golden accents at their stems. Sinuous, finely drawn vines in platinum weave gracefully across the surface, completing the composition. The interior of the neck is lavishly gilded in rich burnished gold, and a fine gold line accents both the rim and the foot ring. The base bears the authentic "OAC OKURA JAPAN" backstamp in gold, confirming its authenticity as a premium Okura Art China piece.
This is a substantial decorative vase of impressive size and weight, representing the pinnacle of Japanese fine porcelain craft. The grapevine, a motif symbolizing abundance and prosperity, is rendered with meticulous artisanal skill, making this piece an outstanding addition to any discerning collection of Japanese decorative arts.
