ELENA PARASKEVA 被4个不同、备受尊敬的国际摄影协会评为2024/2023/2021/2018年度摄影师。
她是Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris等机构的校友，并自2021年起担任FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS的杰出评审。

她曾在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会展出，并在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的双年展及知名画廊展出。
