This very hard to get "Marc de Pic 1er" is obtained from the distillation of the grape berries of the Chablis 1er Crus of the Domaine. Produced by the distillation of the skin, seeds and pulp of the grapes, this Marc de Pic 1er is then aged in oak barrels for five years in order to obtain a round and supple eau de vie while preserving its aromatic characteristics.
