Therefore, there is naturally a common currency. However, the unique banknotes of local “Han 藩” were also often used in those days. Many were issued on the occasion of financial difficulties. After the Meiji era, “Han-Fuda 藩札” were banned. Size: 16×3.5 cm ◆享保十五年 Kyo-ho 15 This is a special way of referring to the year in the Edo period. It is the year 1730. It is an original, authentic item from approximately 300 years ago.Amazing. ◆銀壱匁 Gin Ichi-Monme “Gin Ichi-monme” was a unit of weight for silver in the Edo period, equivalent to approximately 3.75 grams. In modern units of weight, 1 monme is 3.75 grams. In the Edo period, one “Han-Fuda 藩札” was equivalent in value to 3.75 grams of silver. These are old and have some stains and tears.
