Starting with the first organic white rum produced in 2016, the cellar master will age 400 liters in a 105-liter toasting barrel. Matured for three years in the Vevert cellars, this rum will be decanted to create the world's first organic and AOC aged rum.
To celebrate the distillery's 88th anniversary, the artist Philippe Baudelocque will adorn the "Zépol Karé" bottle with an original design.
