Owner and winemaker of a family estate spanning over 200 years, comprising 18 hectares, two-thirds of which are Grand Cru vineyards: CHAMBERTIN, MAZY-CHAMBERTIN, LATRICIERES-CHAMBERTIN, CHARMES-CHAMBERTIN, and MAZOYERES-CHAMBERTIN, and one-third village appellations of GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN and also Burgundy appellations.
Harvested exclusively by hand, the wine is aged traditionally in oak barrels for 16 to 18 months.
