Wafting from the glass with aromas of mirabelle plum, clear honey, toasted almonds, vanilla pod, mandarin, nutmeg and apricot, it's full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, with a concentrated core of fruit, racy acids and a lovely pinpoint mousse.
