With his mostly floral decorated ceramic work Laeuger is one of the most prominent representatives of Art Nouveau. In this context, his name has become an international concept. The work of Laeuger is included in numerous museum collections worldwide, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the Museum für Angewandte Kunst in Cologne and the Museum in der Majolika-Manufaktur in Karlsruhe.
