Baron Patrick de Ladoucette surpasses many of his colleagues with his extremely refined wine. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. A short skin maceration and storage of the wine for two years in large stainless steel cuves provides an extra dimension of aromas. To give the wines extra complexity, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette keeps the wines on his estate for several years before putting them on the market.
