The exceptional single malt whiskey was created by The Macallan Master Whiskey Maker, Kirsteen Campbell, to reflect the enduring character of James Bond, a force of nature defined by his Scottish heritage, who carries himself with modesty and humility. Like James Bond, the phrase conveys a sense of style and maturity that has evolved over the years. It has a natural color of Suisse gold and an alcohol content of 43.7% in tribute to James Bond's agent number, 007, and is consistent across all six packages in the collection.
Decade IV:
In 1995, Bond arrived in the form of Pierce Brosnan. He brought a new sensibility to the classic, winning Bond formula. Productions became more complex and the essence of the world of James Bond was conveyed with dedicated attention to detail.
The packaging design features a pre-title action sequence storyboard from GoldenEye (1995) and the concept for a stealth ship in Tomorrow Never Dies (1997).
