Circa 1770-80
The pastel is on paper mounted on canvas and mounted on a frame. A strip of paper has been added at the top. To do this, the artist had made an enlargement of the frame by adding a wooden cleat to the back of the painting. The pastel has not been restored and is in excellent (rare) condition. Beautiful light and superb colors.
